Cucumber, Lemon & Mint Smoothies

Ingredients :
- 250 gr of cucumber, peeled
- half piece of lemon
- 3 – 4 fresh mint leaves, for garnish
- 2 – 3 ice cube
How to make :
Rough cut cucumber, dice shaped, squeeze the lemon. Put them into the blender with mint leaves and ice and blend it until soft. Serve.
A refreshing drink for good health over the kidneys, because it can stimulate toxic disposal process. Also very important if you consume a lot of high protein food.
