Ingredients :

  • 1 middle size papaya
  • 1 marquisa
  • half piece lime fruit
  • 2-3 ice cube

How to make :
Cut papaya into two parts, discard seeds and skins. Take fruit flesh, and put it into a blender. Cut marquisa into two parts, then put the liquids and the seeds into blender. Squeeze lime fruit and put into blender with ice cube, process it until smooth, then pour it into glasses.

Papaya contains enzym and very important as anti parasite, while the lime juice and marquisa make this smoothie rich of taste.

Cucumber, Lemon & Mint Smoothies

Ingredients :

  • 250 gr of cucumber, peeled
  • half piece of lemon
  • 3 – 4 fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  • 2 – 3 ice cube

How to make :
Rough cut cucumber, dice shaped, squeeze the lemon. Put them into the blender with mint leaves and ice and blend it until soft. Serve.

A refreshing drink for good health over the kidneys, because it can stimulate toxic disposal process. Also very important if you consume a lot of high protein food.
